Meatballs soup (Qing Tang Wan Zi, 清汤丸子 is a traditional dish of Beijing cuisine.
The traditional preparation method of this dish begins with the preparation of the main ingredients: 300 grams of tenderloin, 50 grams of egg white, wood ear, oil, cooking wine, sesame oil, coriander, green onion, and ginger.
The tenderloin, ginger and green onions are minced and made into meatballs by mixing with egg whites. The meatballs are boiled until they float to the surface and then taken out and served with coriander and sesame oil. Vegetable is served together with meatballs.
