This is an open letter of sorts--a copy of what I've just sent to this company called Psyphire that seems to be in charge of membership upgrades.
I think that the letter pretty much says it all, so please read, and any feedback you can give me would be very helpful! Thanks in advance!
What the heck is going on here, anyway!?!
A few days ago, I made an attempt to upgrade my membership at INReview.com to Gold. I didn't hear from them, but I heard from you. There was no clue that the e-mail from you had anything to do with what I'd ordered from INReview.com. In fact, it sounded like SPAM.
I kept waiting for my membership to be upgraded, but the upgrade never took place. So, I decided to upgrade again--believing that something didn't "take"--and found this e-mail from you in my inbox: identical, I believe, to the one before that!
So, what gives, anyway?
Have a placed a double order? If I have, I would like to either make sure that only one order gets paid for--either that, or else I'm getting a year's worth of gold membership instead of a mere six months.
This is an open letter, as I'll be posting a copy in a forum to see if anyone else has run into this problem and can explain it to me.
In short...something's wrong and needs to be fixed. Thanks, in advance, for getting to the bottom of this problem a.s.a.p....
