For me, any type of fish! | | Reply To this Message

Sean, I can't even TALK to you anymore. You hate artichokes? That, along with lobster, are my two favorite things to eat in this world!! *sigh* And I thought that there was such high potential for you lately.

Kris, are you sure you and Ron were not separated at birth? Those are Ron's two favorites too and he hates mushrooms! I hate artichokes and lobster and love mushrooms.

I would have to say any type of bug, pig's nose, eggplant, or anything I've seen people eat on Fear Factor.

You know, Sherry... anything is possible. Maybe Ron and I were really siblings that were seperated at the hospital. I've always thought that my brother, Rob, wasn't really my brother. He's nothing like me, at all.

Let me assure you that is most certainly NOT the case.
I, too, love lobster, and artichokes in some contexts... mushrooms (saute, not raw) and sushi are also on my good-list. If there is one thing I hate, it's brussel sprouts. And I'm not big on fish, either. But I think I'd eat just about anything to save my life.

| Posted by: Lawless | | Oh brussel sprouts are NASTY! So are collard greens...
There's a lot of foods that I just plain don't like and I won't eat.
Salmon is nasty. Sushi is beyond nasty. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Kookaburra | | Allright KJ that did it! You are not flying out to my party if you hate collard greens. This is the south girl!
I like them boiled, drained, then put vinegar, salt, and pepper on them.
To keep on topic, I hate beer. I can't stand the taste or smell of it. If someone stinks like beer, I get sick to my stomach. If they smell like old beer... forget it! Get me a bucket. It's going to be hard to find a boyfriend huh? | | Reply To this Message

I hate brussel sprouts too, and internal organs like liver and kidneys and stuff like that I can't stomach.
Also McDonalds over here has started to do whole/ half/ quarter chickens, I don't know why, but I just couldn't bring myself to eat a chicken from McDonalds, I dont eat a lot of McDonalds but there is just something wrong with the whole image in my head of McDonalds chickens. | | Reply To this Message

Menudo is served in big open bowls brought to the table steaming and fiery. It is usually eaten in the wee hours after a night out on the town and widely proclaimed to be an antidote for hangovers.
And here is what tripe is... and why MANY find the dish, menudo, so disgusting!!!!
Tripe is the muscular lining of beef stomach (can also be from sheep or pigs, but rarely). It comes in 4 types: the fat part of the first belly (called gras double in France), and three different sections of the honeycomb (the second stomach of the cow)--light, dark, and the partial honeycomb of the 2nd belly's extreme end.

| Posted by: fuscia | | Kooka, my dad would make Menudo every year. It is the most foul smelling thing imaginable. We would leave the house when he would make it, or if we were stuck indoors due to rain, we would put things over the heating vents to help keep the stench out. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: adityamahesh | | I try more or less everything I can, unless it is something weird like fried pig skins. Or animals' private parts, or liver, or intestines for that matter. I don't think I will eat a human either.
I liked sushi when I tried it. Any fish is fine with me as long as it doesn't smell. Most of the seafood (atleast the one I have tried -- shrimp, crab -- I have tried crab sticks) is fine too. I am yet to try lobster. I haven't tried calamari also but I have been told that it is one of the most chewy meats ever. You can chew it till eternity and still not be able to chew it enough. I want to try it though.
Almost all of the vegetables are fine too.

Doesn't sound like you would do to well on Fear Factor then
Lets see...food that I love to hate, doesn't seem I have posted in here yet, that I remember. To be honest I have always hated spaghetti that I can remember, which most people think I am crazy when I tell them so. I definetly believe that I "love" to hate it, simply because the majority of people go crazy over it....okay maybe "crazy" is a little over exaggerating...but you get my picture
