Week 4 - Chargers at Oakland

Well, I KNOW that the Chargers will be 0 - 4 after next week.
Only a MIRACLE is going to bring a win, against the HATERS.... and in their own stadium to boot. Fans that are lewd, cruel, throwing bottles, etc... at our players. Every time.

The fans leave alot to be desired....but...(and your gonna hate me for this )


I like the Raiders.....I dont know why...it might be that I like Gannon, and Ive always like Romanowski, even though he has a tendency for cheap shops....I just like the Raiders....I do miss John Gruden as head coach and upset he went to Tampa!

Uh oh! Am I in trouble now?

I wouldnt care though if SD won....I mean I like the Raiders, but Im far from devasted if they lose!

Good luck next week....Id like to see SD pull off their first win!

Nah, I don't care if someone likes the Raiders. My in-laws are all from the Bay area and LOVE the Raiders. They are good fans, considerate fans. And it's not so much the team that has turned me off... it's really those fans that have gone too far. We have a lot of Raiders fans in San Diego... and Los Angeles too, and these aren't the nice people. So, it's thanks to them that I feel the way I do.

The one, and ONLY, football that I have ever attended was about 10+ years ago.... SD Chargers v Raiders. The fans were beyond cruel. There were all these beligerant drunks all over and they were using some REALLY foul language. There was this sweet little old lady behind me... much have been like 70 years old. Anyway, she turned to the guys right behind her, and politely said, "Excuse me gentlemen, I've got my 10 year old grandson here, for his first football game. Would you mind not saying so many cuss words for him to hear." That was nice, I believe. One guy got in her face and said, "F you grandma.... turn around and shut up before someone get's here!" I could NOT believe what I heard. And not one person stepped in to help, etc... she ended up leaving a little after that.

Now, tell me how sad that is? The Raiders fans... many of them, not all, are just plain jerks... and I'm being kind here.

So, once again, I don't care if you like the Raiders. If you're one of those fans, which you aren't, then we would have some serious difference.

Chargers are sitting on so much explosive offensive talent that has merely been tapped, when they start winning watch them to roll in to the afc championship (if that happens this season or not..is yet to be seen, but once this team of David Boston, LT!!!, Drew Brees, hook up and lets not forget neil as the FB...they are ready to blow...and they can beat anyone if their D would show up!

Well.....it certainly was a close game. I thought the Chargers were gonna take this one.....

I have to say they gave the Raiders a good game!

Yeah, if it wasn't for the last 6 minutes of the game, the Chargers would have won. They shut down on defense at that point, for whatever reason. It was a close game, and I'm sad that they lost... but there's always next week.

gotta hate a sudden death loss in overtime. sorry KJ. but could you imagine the crowd if the chargers had won? in overtime? would any of the chargers have made it out alive?

Actually, last year when we played the Raiders, up there.... we won just like it was today. It wasn't too bad. But, the fans, better knows as outrageous jerks, were throwing things on the field. One of them threw a bottle and they hit Drew Brees in the head. It wasn't too hard, so I guess that it was a plastic bottle. But, that just goes to show you the mentality of the fans. They suck in my personal opinion.

It was a good game though. A lot better than watching the Chargers get walked alllllllll over. They did a great job today.
