I have looked and looked, but I can't find anything showing that Idol will be on tonight? Anyone know why? And if not tonight when. Guess I got wrong info. sorry guys!

It SAID it would be on!!!!! It even said it on the RCA site!!!!!! WHHHHHY!!!!!!

I dunno.... I guess it was cancelled or pulled to make way for that crummy show about posers singing hit songs, or maybe they had to do last minute things for the special... There are a number of reasons why it wasn't on. And you know what, it better be a good reason!

I think the tour special DID just disappear!!! It wasn't on and nothing has been said about it since, at leat not what I've haerd!

Check your local listings for Saturday Oct. 4th on Nicklelodeon Let's Just Play Show. Clay is set to sing two songs!

i'm so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't have Nicklelodeon so i won't be able to see it!!!!! and he'll be singing 2 brand new songs!! that sucks so bad, but at least i'll see him on leno.

Just seen Clay on Prime Time, what a great interview.

Clay looked very relaxed, and like he was really having fun. But I never knew he had a sister.

When he was asked about her, and they talked about her killing herself, he really looked sad. He said he spent alot of time after that convincing himself that it wasn't his fault because he didn't call her back when she called him. She had been upset with him because he changed his name, and he got scared and didn't call her back.

He also talked about his bio-father, and said that to this day his bio-father has not called him, but did call the Star mag., and gave an interview. When Clay was asked if he would talk to his bio-father, I think Clay gave a very classy answer, and said if he called me yes.

At the end of the show Diane Sawyer said that they tried to speak with Clay's bio-dad, but he had nothing to say except that if Clayton wants to talk that he knows the number. (no class at all in my opinion)

Any way, I think it was a very well done interview. Job well done Clay. Now I'm looking forward to Monday night and Jay Leno. Can't wait

clay is the best. i feel so proud of him for how far he has gotten. he is so great!!!! i'm SOOOOOOOO excited to hear all his new songs on his CD!!!!!!!!

Not because Clay's bio-father is a "jerk" as you call him (which I don't think he is, a little rude, but not a jerk) doesn't mean you have to disrespect him. He is still Clay's biological father. And if Clay and his father don't want to talk to each other, well that's their business. (no offense). Have you noticed that even though Clay doesn't really prefer talking about his family matters, he has never said one bad thing about his father or sister. And I think we should leave it at that. By the way, yes I am real proud of Clay, for the way he handled the interview, even though he looked as though he really didn't want to be there. But he handled it real well, and Clay, keep doin what ya doin. (I'll be waitin for that new CD)

i think that interview went a little too "in depth" it was nice to watch, cuz it's clay! but i don't know if his family wants him sharing that stuff!

Well, the problem with sharing too much personal information in interviews is that they always switch your words around, and make you come across as something you're not. (i.e., we all remember the Ruben interview with Rolling Stone mag) They also pry into your personal life a little too much, and even though we all want to know more about him, there are some things celebrities don't want to share with the world freely.
There were things in that interview that I really don't think Clay wanted to reveal to the public, but did only so he could be honest to the world. For that I give him kudos for taking the bullet and sharing with us something so personal, even though in a few months or years it could all backfire in his face.

But that's the way that business works. And good luck to you Clay, you're gonna need it.

Oh no. Not talent wise. But to survive in that business, he'll need tons of luck. It's a cruel world out there. But as long as his fans are loyal to him and the paparazzi leave his personal life alone, he'll be fine.

but seeing as he's sooooooooooo famous rite now (he's all over the place! ) paparazzies will be all over him!!

Only 1 hour and 15 min. to go till Jay Leno. But it looks like Clay will not be on until the last guest. I looked at the guest list for tonight, and it shows three (3) guest, and they usually do the music guest last. GO CLAY

Don't forget TRL on the 14th.
