We're coming up on the 2nd anniversary of the day that changed the world forever. Where were some of you when those terrible events happened? How did you react?

I had just woke up to get ready for work and turned on the news. I watched from before the second plane hit the tower. I couldn't figure out what was happening. I though that it was some freak accident, until the second one hit. I called my mom, my mother-in-law and my best friend. It was way too emotional. One of my best friends lost her aunt and cousin, who both worked in the towers... and it was hard to watch what she went through. I was really angry and extremely saddened by the events that took place that day. I'm still sad... but the anger is starting to fade. I just don't want to see people hate, and kill, or even just hurt others.

I was at work when a coworker operating out of her home office called with the news. My coworkers and I spent the entire day huddled around the small television in our office. I was in shock for about 4 days and when the knot in my stomach went away I finally broke down and cried. All those people! All those innocent people! I was angry and mournful and devistated for the families affected by it. It blew my mind that the entire world shut down for that day, planes stopped flying everywhere and people just sat there watching it all on TV.
I was outraged watching the Palestinian people cheering and celebrating in the streets when they found out.
I wish people would find better ways to get the world's attention instead of slaughtering innocent people.
