The book has a lot of recipies and menus that you can easily follow. I am currently doing Induction (struggling for the last month or so). A typical day consists of :
3 large eggs made with butter
1 decaff coffee with splenda (preferred sweetener by dr atkins)
some days I have bacon or pork sausages to go with breakkie
lunch
half a chicken with some green salad
plus lots of water
dinner
tuna with mayo rolled in lettuce
1 decaff with heavy cream and splenda
lots of water
that's just an example. i should be having more vegies though like broccoli, zuchinni, cauliflower...
BACON EGGS AND A CUP OF COFFE IN THE MORNING
TUNA WITH MAYO EGGS AND SOME DILL PICKLES AND ONIONS
HAMBURGER PATTIE WITH CHEESE ON IT WITH A CUP OF GREENS
SUCH AS GREEN BEANS TURNIPS ETC
SOMETIMES LETTUCE WITH GRATED CHEESE WITH HAMBURGER MEAT ON IT WITH RANCH
SOMETIMES FOR SNACKS I EAT SUNFLOWER SEEDS
