On the 27th of August on MSNBC, it was stated that Kobe's victim had "bruises on her neck" after the incident. Apparently Kobe asked her into his room, I believe it was 11:45pm ( I may be wrong about the time) because he had a "problem with his toilet" .

That`s so stupid, she's not a plumber right?
And also she was working at the front desk that night, the truth is that she knew what she was doing.

Even if some will contend she went in there "looking for fun," which this new info sheds some doubt on, i bet few would say she went in there "looking for bruises." I'm interested to see what other medical evidence there is, in a case like this it is the only objective testimony that a court will hear.

Objectively I think the bruises on her neck may have been self inflicted or inflicted by a friend in what I believe is her attempt to extort money from Kobe. I mean I don't think that someone who has been violated in the worst possible way would go out and have sex with two other partners immediately following the "attack", and THEN go to the hospital to report it. Women who are raped usually rush to the nearest shower to cleanse their bodies of their violator. They don't NOT shower and proceed to have sexual intercourse with two DIFFERENT lovers. I just don't buy it. Not because he's a star, I don't even watch basketball and honestly don't host any personal feelings towards the man. I just think that in this case he is innocent.

Everyone is so eager to claim innocense or guilt. I thought people were innocent in this country until proven guilty. How can you anyone determine either without all of the facts. As one of the biggest Laker's fans, I support Kobe as an athlete. Let's face it, we do not have all of the facts. We have a lot of hearsay, accusations, and gossip. These facts do not support whether Kobe is guilty or innocent or whether the alleged victim is fabricated the entire thing or not.

Based upon Kobe's past criminal history, relationships, and nature. There is nothing in his past to inidicate that he has a blatant disregard for the female sex. Rape is an act of violence, it has nothing to do with sex. Sexual aggression is something that is evident prior to one incident. There usually is a history. Such as in the case of Mike Tyson. He has always had an aggressive personality and displayed violent behavior toward women and men. He does not fit the profile of a rapist. This has nothing to do with his race or celebrity status. In any criminal investigation, a criminal psychologist does an analogy to determine certain patterns in behavior to determine what certain behavior criminals might display such as in behavior or psychologically. During the OJ trial, OJ had a history of violence toward Nicole, it's logical to assume that he would be considered the prime suspect. Where is the evidence that Kobe fit the profile of a rapist?

His past girlfriends all say Kobe is a perfect gentleman with them. In fact, some would love to have gotten more physical attention.
