For those of you who would like to spend your time participating in anti-war protests, please take a moment to reflect on your actions.
For starters, let's look at the facts. Iraq is in material breach of every single UN resolution that has been in effect since 1991, i.e. Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. They have chemical and biological agents at their disposal. Saddam is refusing to resolve the situation by totally disarming.
What does Saddam have to do to get your attention? He's already killed 2 million people in his own country. That's 2 million INNOCENT women and CHILDREN. Do you want this GENOCIDE to continue? If the UN won't step in to take Saddam out of power, then I believe that the U.S. should ( alone if we have to ). We did the same in WWII. Why should this be any different?
If these reasons aren't enough to sway your beliefs on the matter, then atleast support our troops. The last thing they need is all of this anti-war protesting. They don't have a choice as to whether or not they have to fight. THEY HAVE TO FIGHT!! It's their duty to this wonderful nation.
Besides, anyone who takes part of anti-war protests wouldn't have the guts to stand up to a burglar or purse snatcher, let alone fight in a war. Personally, I think all of you are a bunch of ******* and ought to be charged with treason and hanged!!

As I recall the USA joined the war in 1941 ( 2 years after it started in Europe and we are very grateful for their help (even tho' they bled our coffers dry in both wars for a couple of years before joining) ) after their navy was bombed in Pearl Harbour, so yes this is very different.

I don't think that the U.S., or any other country for that matter, has the authority to enforce U.N. resolutions. It is up to the U.N. to do that, which is why Blix and the inspectors are in Iraq. So let them do their job. It is obvious that the real motive of the U.S. has nothing to do with weapons of mass destruction or the threat from Iraq. There is no threat from Iraq.

I love America, but I hate George W. Bush and his administration's actions.
