Let's get real about Kobe Bryant for a second......the chances of these allegations being false are virtually nil. The bottom line if the girl suffered "shocking" physical injuries as it's being reported, then the rape definitely occurred, and it will be easy to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Everyone should stop dancing around the issue, coming up with all these theories, defending Kobe. Just leave it at this....if there are significant physical injuries, Kobe goes to jail. And in Colorado, all convicted rapists, once they're on probation, are required to undergo weekly polygraph testing, have a special machine connected to their testicles to make sure they're not turned on by violent sexual content, and are forced to give up gainful employment and stay away from kids of any kind. That's the reality, and Kobe's not going to be able to simply get out of it because he's a celebrity or because the alleged victim tried out for American Idol.

Think for a minute. That girl was plain old nasty. Anyone that would have sex with three different men could have gotten those bruises from anywhere. People need to really pay close attention to this chick. She's a nut case and wants money. She's not the first to have sex and then cry rape. What was she trying to get anyway coming into his room that late. Trust me if she felt threatened she wouldn't have been there. She thought something more was going to come out of opening her legs and it did.

Cherri, there is no evidence that the girl had sex with 3 different guys before kobe, that was just a hypothetical question brought forth by the defense. For that to fly in the trial, kobe's attorney will have to put those three men on the stand.
Even if it is true, why did nobody notice her injuries before she went into kobe's room? And how did kobe get blood on his shirt?
I believe we should wait for the trial to make any judgements, but i also think that we should be honest with ourselves and not trip over our tongues trying to come up with theories on how kobe could be innocent. This girl hasn't asked for money, and if she doesn't, then what is her motive? Maybe the defense will find people who saw the girl with injuries before she went into kobe's room, but until then, i have to admit i'm finding it harder to believe this whole thing is a lie.
