| Kobe and his attorney's have agreed to pay his rape accuser 5 million dollars to settle the case! His accuser released a statement saying, "[she] doesn't want his money, she wants him to go to jail" .
To me, Kobe offering the money implies his guilt  .
I also thought he was guilty. If the girl wanted his money, she would have had a better plan from the start . This never would have been in the media. She would have told Kobe she wanted money in the hotel room or tell the police he raped her. Kobe would have said "No"  , called the police to inform them of her plan and claimed his innocence or given her money right then and there to shut her up. I'm sorry Kobe fans, but he's guilty. Don't let your love for him on the court cloud your reasoning. Unfortunately he's stupid and he's guilty. | |
