What does she have to gain?

I tend to think that he didn't rape her, and if he did, then it was a date rape situation. However, I don't understand why people here are claiming that she is just a terrible slut (whereas Kobe isn't, apparantely) who wants money. GUYS! It's a CRIMINAL case. If he is convicted, she doesn't get money. He just gets time. And she has been doing her damndest to stay out of the news, too.
