TNT's Law & Order episode "Discord"

Can we injoin TNT from showing the Law & Order episode #69 "Discord"? In this episode a rock star invites an 18 or 19 year old girl to his hotel room and is found guilte of raping her.

His defense was she "asked for it" by coming to his hotel room and, that made it consentual.

If TNT shows this anytime between now and the verdict, it could prejudice the jury let alone the public.
