| 1. they say the girl who accuses kobe has mental problems
i think this actually strengthens her case. i also have mental problems and can be quite unstable at times. sometimes i find myself in situations that make me feel awkward and i might even abandon a situation abruptly and inappropriatley...i mean that's the characteristics of someone having mental problems?
i've been in "situations" with girls and they'll ask me to stop right in the middle. of course I'll stop.....i've asked twice before and they've asked me not to stop the second time...yeah i know girls do silly stuff sometimes but no means no. heck, i've even asked girls to stop because i can't go any longer for whatever reasons.
2. what's up with kobe's cheesy little speech at the Teen choice awards? the part that wasn't aired.
it's almost like he was trying to brainwash a bunch of teenie boppers.
3. kobe has already proven he's not very bright
like i'm sure his wife wants a 4 million dollar ring to look at and remind her that he commited adultery...duhhhhhh!
4. true there are girls who try to extort money from famous people
but i don't know any personally and i'm sure most people who say and believe this don't know any either. if this was the case, i think she would have had a better plan. if she was smart enough to get as close as she was with him...like right after their encounter she might have said "give me a million dollars or i'm going to throw myself down the stairs and bruise myself, go the police, and say you raped me" kobe would have either given her the money or called the police himself saying he was innocent...but this was a girl who was so confused and distraught that she had to pull herself together and get the courage to go to the police and find out exactly what she should do.
5. if there was no evidence the city wouldn't have pressed charges
the public doesn't know what the evidence is but it must be sufficient.
6. the only people who think he's innocent are people who like to watch him play basketball
some people are blinded and dumbfounded by his celebrity status. i don't have a biased opinion because i'm not a sports fan...i've just been looking at the facts.....when i first heard about the situation i thought well here's another mike tyson/2pac situation. then i started looking at the facts and the look in kobe's eyes....he just has the look of guilty fear...true i'm sure he's scared but from his awkard steps and the way he moves his head and the look in his eyes that's the fear of going to jail because you're guilty...i mean this guy is usually smooth and personable right....used to being in front of the camera...this is not a confident man......one would appear confident if one were innocent...sorry  | |
