| I, as many people have posted here, think it highy probable that Kobe is innocent despite all the leaks coming out about her being upset right afterwards, the marks, bruises, etc.
I think this girl is telling her friends a bunch of stories and that is where the leaks are coming from. And the stories get worse everyday for Kobe.
I am suspicious of the bellman. Maybe she is getting him to help her coroborate her story.
Ripped clothing and bruises can be self inflicted. Being distraught and upset could be an act upon reflecting what she did. Since it wasn't shift change yet, she may have been worried about being away from her post and losing her job.
Red marks on the neck and face can be whisker burns. Or what we used to call "hickies".
Today it came out that Kobe blocked the door somehow and kept her from leaving. Maybe she did get scared after the fact, possibly because of pain. Kobe is probably quite large. Then if she was upset maybe he was trying to hold her there to calm her down so she wouldn't go telling someone and it get back to Vanessa.
There are all kinds of possibilities. Only a few things are sure as I see it. Kobe committed adultry. She is promiscuous. A 19 year old with a year of college behind her is no innocent. She should have known better than to go to a man's room alone.
I think she knew when she went into his room sex would be involved. Then something happened that afterwards she had 2nd thoughts, possibly because it was evident what she had been doing on company time or she was vaginaly torn and would need to see a doctor and needed some excuse so she wouldn't have to try to explain to her parents consensual sex with a black man.
