| Ive been closely watching this whole scandal since the primary stages, and at my first thoughts were that Kobe was innocent. I would never think that he would do something like that especially when he knows that he would be in very serious trouble. I think that Katelyn Faber made it more than it was and didnt realize how much attention this would get. SHe knows that it is too late to take back what she accused him of because that would make her falsely accusing him and most likely put her in jail. I do wonder, what business she had doing in his room when she should have been "working" at the front desk!!! Nevertheless, another thing may have happened in that room. Perhaps they were both heavily engaged in pre-sexual arrousement when she 'backed out' and wanted to leave. And then I could probably imagine he was so horny he didnt want to stop. I could see how this could be called rape. Trust me, guys have tried to do this once or twice to me, and ive literally had to run out of the room. I hope Kobe didnt do it, but if he did, then I hope that Kobe and Katelyn have learned a valuable lesson. Kobe, what were you thinkin??? Hope you learned not to cheat on your wife. And Katelyn, hope you learned not to be so promiscoius and involve yourself with married men. Especially going into their hotel rooms thinking that everybody is going to believe you when you say you werent giong in there for that reason!
