yo guyz, my fav solo singer is def. babygurl aaliyah, i miss her a lot sumtimez but shez wit me, no joke, wen i wen 2 get her new cd my mom wudnt let me cz i wz broke i asked aaliyah 2 change her mind and she did, i asked aaliyah 2 touch my hand once and i held up my hand and a soft breeze swept by my hand and slowly my hand closed ova, it soundz stupid but i blieve shez watchin ova me u no? neway i wanna no if derez any other aaliyah fanz in dis messageboard?

Awww fo sho I am most def. an Aaliyah fan! I stlll got her posters on my wall and I still listen to her albums!! Yes I was heartbroken for a while when she passed away.... My all time favorite song is gonna have to be One in a Million but my favorite video is Are you that Somebody?

Aaliyah is my fave female solo singer! I mean her voice was so angelical and when it was mixed with those hard Timbaland beats the sound was unique! All her albums are amazing, but Aaliyah is my fave one! She could dance her ass off, seriously one of the best dancers I eva seen! I also liked da fact dat she didn't feel the need to flaunt her body to sell records, coz she let her talent do dat! She jus' a positive role model even now she was jus' sooo classy and she had own style - "street but sweet" as she called it! She has inspired me to follow my dreams! When I found out dat she had passed my heart sank and I jus' couldn't help but cry! She truly missed! RIP BABYGIRL, FOREVER YOUNG!

Aaliyah was beautiful,soulful,humble,and very talented and she will be greatly missed. she has been my idol since the "back and forth" days,whenever i go into the studio i think of her,she has a great impact on me,her death cause great pain to me because i have been following her career since she was 15,my 2 favorite songs are "i care for you" and "Banck & Forth" i have many others but those 2 are very unique
