I must say Kobe does not need to force the girl having sex with him. I might say Kobe has been trapped by Gold digger girl, so she can have more *^&*^ in other words drug.

I agree with you it was rough sex. The co worker said he saw red marks, Wow, it was a hickey.

Marks and torn clothes are things she could have done to herself. And this bellboy character (the guy no one heard about until way after this drama took place) could be lying. The charcters in this case, especially on the accuser's side, are shady and untrustworthy. It's difficult to believe the things coming from their corner. The accuser is CRAZY and attempted suicide twice. She can't be trusted-PERIOD. Crazy people DO crazy things!

If someone is 19 and they aren't too experienced, and they are having sex with a 6' 7" basketball player, anything is possible. Perhaps he was too big for her and didn't enjoy it.

This is such a strange situation, but I'm sure a number of women can relate.

I'm telling ya'll kobe was probably to rough when it was happening....but there's no doubt in my mind that the sex was consensual....the only thing he's guilty of is adultery.....other than that....he's innocent , This chick is really crazy....she tried to commit suicide twice.....and she's supposed to be believed over a guy who's never really been in trouble before and never really been in the news for anything bad before, come on now......let's get real.....

she is beyond gold digging. I think it is sad that you don't know at ninrteen that you should not go to a strangers room (Kobe) alone at 11 o'clock at night. She is star struck. She waited 12 hours before she cried rape. It has been reported that no one saw her cloths torned or her bruised. But she was seen at a party before she went home. You mean her parents never told her not to go in the hotel room of a famous person while he was in his pajamas! If stars are going to cheat it should not be with groupies. You dont know what they have.

I heard her suicidal past will not be brought up during the trial. Apparently, lawyers think it's irrelevant to this case. I don't understand how that could be. If she is emotionally unstable, it would explain her changing her mind after initially showing interest in Kobe. Unstable people tend to have irratic behavior.

The suicide attempts are completely irrelevant. The fact is that they can be seen either way - she had problems with depression, and that made her susceptible, OR she had problems and was making a cry for attention.

Either way, though, I must stress that depression IS NOT INSANITY.
