Who should disarm N. Korea?

Kim Joung Il is making noise and threats against the U.S.
Should we be pushing China to disarm N. Korea? Or should we go ahead and let Japan have Nuclear Weapons? Or are we going to have to take care of this situation as well?

It's us they're threatening, it'll probably have to be us to deal with it. It would be nice to get some support from surrounding Asian countries such as China to exhert some peer pressure on them.. without a doubt some will such as Taiwan and South Korea.. but NK may well give no regard to such a move..

it will be us...no one will ever help...but the whole world, especially countries right next to them should be ready and willing to do it
