It might not ever happen... but it all starts right within ourselves. I have been offered dope so much, by many people in the past couple years, and I always say NO. I'm not interested in partying and doing things that will alter my perception. It would be great to find a drug free world... but things are going to be legalized. I don't think that I would want pot taken from people who are dying and in pain. But, I wish that we could get all that crap off of the streets and get people clean.

Pot is the least of the drug problems. Its minor compared to Meth or other heavy substances.

You want my opinion:- People who take drugs or become serious alcoholics to begin with are worthless, stupid people that we shouldn't care less about as they rott in their own mess.

All natural things on this earth are meant for the use of man.
Jesus drank wine, why can't I?
Pot has no effect on addiction responces and it's a myth imposed by the government red necks and the media that it leads to harder drugs. If you have an adictive gene, then you are subject to addictions of any type and that includes gambling etc. Pot is not addicting.
Pot is a natural substance and is meant for human consumption. Man made chemical drugs are not.
It's a travesty that a casual pot smoker goes to jail and an addicted drunk driver gets a slap on the hand.
Where are your morals? Led by biased media I think.

Considering that drunk drivers have caused more accidents and killed more people.....I totally agree!

The laws for Pot were set forward with 70 year old law makes that were too lazy to investigate it through the public. It amazes me that the public never really get's to vote on the laws for this. It is always buried in some other law, like Crack use. They lump everything together with outdated information and will treat them all the same. It's the most rediculous thing I have ever seen in this country. They could use the jail space for real criminals and tax the pot products like cigarettes and reduce the deficate to zero. How many lifes are they willing to ruin to convict a casual pot smoker. The new media ads that drugs (pot) support terrorism is another example of ignorant government lawmakers. People grow their own and don't support terrorism. If being allowed to, most would grow their own. Mexican and Canadian pot growers aren't supporting terrorism. There is no link to justify such a rediculous claim. The American public knows this an laughs at this rediculous statement by our governmant. And these are our lawmakers? Hmmm.
