Can't get 100% items??

hey everyone. I've played MP now and i finally got all the items there were, i thought. But i only have 98% items rate, but there are no more things to pick up.

I have 250 Missles, I have 14 Energy Tanks, I have every Weapon and its special fire mode as well as all Morph Ball pick-ups and so on, yet I only have 98% rate.

What is wrong? Can anyone help me with this???
