At no fault of the reasonable folks that hang around this section of the site, Avril Lavigne seems to attact the attention of several

EXTREMELY IDIOTIC AND MORONIC PILES OF HUMAN REFUSE.

Due to this holier than thou attitude, there is no tolerance for BASHING, HATING, FLAMING any member of this forum. Rather than being dished out a warning or two, you may be banned by IP address immediately.

I am not a childish person, however... I am not an avril fan. I feel I am entitled to post my opinion so if I get TOO far with my actins. Pleas e just warn me ibnstead of disconnecting my account. Thank you.

And I wasn't kidding when I said "Everyone is entitled to their own opinion". You can only fairly disconnect my IP adress if I begin to 'RIP' on another avril forum poster. But If I put my opinion in on 'Miss. Lavigne"... and you disconnect me, then frankly that isn't fair game.

OH Anti-Avrill has you there!!! If you disconnect her for her OWN opinion, then you should be disconnected for stifling her opinion

You're welcome Anti-Avrill. In a society of freedom of speech, stifling one's opinion on such a subject seems...dare I say, almost communist? I'm not dissing the person who started this or anything, but please, if someone says something one doesn't like, instead of dissconeccting them, do something constructive, like perhaps trying to prove your point...try to convince the person of your position, or even do something different and listen to them, THEY might have a point. Just a suggestion.

i just joined this. and i'm not a fan of avril. but notice how this is a forum on "avril lavigne" not "avril lavigne fans express yourself and all others stay away" if I'M not entitled to my opinion on "miss lavigne" when her fans say things like "yo avril isnt a poser damnn all u ppl who hate her r gay damn <REMOVED> all u ppl who hate her go to helll!!" then you have some serious problems. ya, ever heard about free speech? or wrongful discrimination?

oh and if this puts me on ur radar, then thats just fine by me. if you kick me for this or anti-avril err sentiments, this site is crap. but until then we'll see.

Hey Marc Im sorry about the msg i posted in one of the topics , its just that many wanna RIP Avril. Avril is like my inspiration, her music has flowed within me and many of my problems Ive runned into were resolved because of her believes. Again Im very sorry and I wont do it anymore but if I do you may disconnect my account for ill just have to accept my consquences for the action Ive done.

If you have an opinion to state..why don't you just go to one of the LiveJournal stuff and express youself there. They allow you to say want you want, and if you have something that is going to hurt someone's feelings you might as well do it somewhere else so you don't get disconnected! I see why some of you think it isn't fair for expressing your opinion and then getting disconnected, well sometimes your opinion can hurt someone else's feelings. So, i think that you should go someone else and state your opinion because this is probably is your warning not to do stuff like this in a message board.

You know what I think? I think everyone is getting really confused. Hi, I'm a mad, random person who loves Avril Lavigne's songs.

Im not really a fan of Avril but I dont really dislike her either. Atleast her fans can say she writes her own songs, she can ACTUALLY PLAY A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT which deserves some credit. "Im with you" is a pretty well written song. I truly dont understand why alot of people think she is a poser, I dont think she is trying to put out that she is a hard core punk rocker or anything. I think maybe she gets alot of this negative attention because of the way she dresses, and people who maybe dress the same way dont feel she is on the same level of "punk" that they are so they insult her and her music. Only a theory.

As far as RIPing artist and things on the forums hopefully that is not your purpose on the forums because in truth people have the right to listen to what ever they want even if it is total crap like most of todays popular music. But I see nothing wrong with expressing your self when you see something posted that just drives you crazy or is the complete opposite of the way you feel. Curse words are you usally used when someone doesnt have the vocabualry to express them selves without them, and are most of the time not needed. Not that they are bad words (there are no bad words, words are just words). But there is a definite time and place for them. As long as people can give their opinions in a respectful way their should be no problems.
