where's the elder artifact?

i need help finding the elder artifact. do u know where i can find it. thanks for ur time

go to the phendrana drifts. In the Pirate base look for a room called "controll tower". kill the flying pirates. then go to the room that they came from. destroy the boxes then look out the window. shoot a super missile at the rack of explosives to collapse the tower, then roll down it in more ball and pick up the artifact. If the window points to nothing, try the other room on the opposite side
