David Copperfield or Siegfried and Roy because they wear the glitzy clothes.

David Blaine ... because he's a tad off his rocker.

Paul Harris is one of my favorites... I really like his card magic and his humor runs along the same lines as my own.

David Blaine without question

He's not human this guy.....

I'm not too thrilled with Blaine actually. He started off as a great magician who marketed himself and made himself famous. Now, I think all that has gotten to him and he's doing all these weird stunts, and they aren't really magic.

To me... he's more of a freak than a magician...

I think part of the issue with Blaine is that he really turned his back on the magic community as a whole once he started making it. I happen to like his act and my wife loves him but the magician in me is a little offended by him.

No two ways about it David Blain has amazed me more than anyone in the world of magic. I do however recognize his arrogance or whatever it be that has no doubt led to his shunning the rest of the magic world I see mentioned here...

I just chalk it up to him an alien and thus not fully undertanding our culture. LOL

I would say Oscar Munez. He is creative and funny. Anyone that watched him perform would like him.

Its a tossup between Copperfield and Blaine.

Copperfeild was the first magician i ever saw. Seeing him make a train dissapear when your 9 years old tends to ammaze a person.

Blaine because he was the first card magician i saw. Well I saw a trick or two on discovery etc But nothing to cool lookin.

well i def. like Blaine but after seeing his special and after ordering his new book i kinda lost a lot of respect for him. he revealed all his tricks and for all you asking why is he doing stunts thats why. because he exposed himself. you need the book to understand. also i liked his street magic. but i enjoyed it while it lasted. but my other favorite is DEF. the LEGEND HOUDINI!!! he did the best. REASON: he had many diseases and still performed on stage each night for the fans. he even had his trainers punch him so he can take abuse, he had to train under water for certain amounts of time, plus he died a very sick man AND FOR YOU WHO THINK HE DIED DOING ONE OF HIS STUNTS HE DIDNT!!! HE DIED IN A HOSTPITAL. THE HOUDINI MOVIE HAD A FAKE ENDING BECAUSE IT WAS INSPIRED ON A TRUE STORY NOT BASED. thats my reasoning. also davide copperfield i ordered his book as well and his tricks arent very impressive. his levitating rose is done with invisible thread and his vanishing tricks are all camera staged. sorry fans. also i recommend you see the new inside story of Houdini so you know the truth. thank you

i juss dont like copperfield because i dont think using camera tricks is a very good magic trick. i can levitate and make statues of liberty dissappear as well with a lil camera switching. but i do give the guy credit he was a good magician till i found out the truth.

Copperfield using camera tricks? I guess you could call the statue of liberty thing a camera trick, sort of, but the levitation? I'm guessing you're talking about something I haven't seen. But Copperfield does do a spectacular levitation in front of live audiences, which can't be a camera trick and has to be appreciated. He really is a great illusionist.

But my favorite would be Penn & Teller, I guess. Amazing tricks performed with humor and an attitude unlike anything else I've seen. Always exciting to see. For street magic, I prefer Paul Zenon over Blaine. Again for humor and presentation. And his act is more varied than Blaine's.
