What future careers do you see for the HP characters???

I was thinking about how Harry wants to become an Auror, if he can score high enough in his O.W.L.'s and get the classes that he would need. If he doesn't become an Auror, I was thinking that he could become a teacher... specifically in Defense Against the Dark Arts. I know that Harry loves playing Quiddich... and I could see him playing for an international team as well. But, I don't know that he would be satisfied doing just that for a living.

I could see Neville as a teacher for herbology. It's the one subject that he seems to thrive in. Or, doing something in the medical field, where he would take different plants and figure out new ways to heal diseases. Or maybe even trying to find a cure for what his parent's have been inflicted with.

I think that ANYTHING that Hermione wants to do... she can do. She has the brains to ace any subject that is before her. And she learns so easily.

As for Ron.... I really don't know where I see him. Maybe doing something like following in his fathers steps... working for the Ministry of Magic. But, who knows. I don't think that he's shown where he really wants to be at this point.

I think that we know where Fred and George are destined. They have their own joke show in Diagon Alley. It will be interesting to see if JKR has the characters go to Diagon Alley this time before school starts, and if so, if they will go into the boys shop.

I'm kinda feeling iffy about Draco. One part of me thinks that he could see the light/truth, and become a friend to Harry and the gang and work with them. On the other side of the coin... he could really follow his fathers part, and become a death eater. Though, I am really hoping that it is something that he doesn't do.

So... what do you all think??? Where do you see the main characters going, once they are out of Hogwart in a couple years?

Well.. U said them all. I dont think you guessed wrong on any characters. But i think that hermione harry an d ron are gonna be in "the order" And for sum weird reason i feel as if ron is going to die.

I'd say Harry becomes an Auror, and Hermione will probably teach Arithmancy, or have something to do with that field, since she loves the class so much. I can see Ron being a Quidditch player if he gets good enough.
And he is not stupid. He just acts before he thinks sometimes, and no one can say they haven't done that before.

Ron rules!!! He's my favourite. But sometimes he is a bit tactless. I think he'll go on to do something great.

Ron could perhaps go into the misuse of Muggle Artifacts devision in the Ministry of Magic.

Harry, if he lives, will probably become an Auror or ministry official or a teacher.
