| Hi everybody, I'm starting the Induction phase tomorrow and I'd like to know what beverages I can drink. In the book it says avoid pops with Aspertame like Diet Coke which is my drink of choice. I live in Canada so I don't think they have Diet Rite pop here. Any juice mixes etc anyone can suggest that are made with Splenda would be appreciated. 
I tell ya these first two weeks are going to be killer but as far as any dieting goes I think this is the one for me especially since I need to lose at least 100lbs  | |
