I'm having trouble finding the artifact for the elder does anyone know where it is

thats the same thing i'm looking for . do u have any idea's?
i'm guessing there's a switch somewhere that turns on the bridge in phendrana canyon. thats my thought

if it's the one in a tower, you have to go to the control tower. Go inside one of the lookout towers and there's an iced over window you can melt with the plasma cannon. then blow up the tower outside the window with a super missle. It will fall down and make a whole. go in there and get the artifact!

Look for hints in the game menu.
I don't remeber if u get 'em for translating the Chozo Scrypts
