What is the best software to copy playstation 2 games?

The software really doesn't matter. I'm pretty sure that you have to buy a mod chip off the internet to play copied games. There's some kind of flaw that is on the disc and allows it to play. The software can't copy that flaw, so the game won't play without a mod chip.

Or at least I'm pretty sure. Search on google, you're bound to find something.
