OK...is it my imagination or did Alexis totally get ripped of tonight??!! She was awesome!! Yeah, maybe a little stripperish but hey, it takes a lot of nerve and a lot of TALENT to pull that off at 16! I would have chosen her over that rapper any day. God knows I couldn't have been able to get up there and do that. Of course I can't do the rap thing either....but still!

Alexis saved herself in the group dance - Definitely one of the better dancers in the group. Did you notice the rapper 'Justin Jacoby' cannot dance at all - I mean horrible and the group dance proved it. Yet we must remember - Fame is looking for that Triple hip hop Threat and if talent don't count but rapping and hip hop does - then we have a new star - Justin Jacoby, the hell with the conventional meaning of triple treat.
That Dance showdown at the end is a sham - the votes are already in at that point. Debbie says "we are looking for the next Jlo or Michael Jackson" - eh - excuse me, both of them can sing and dance - unlike some of the finalists being picked.
PS - I live in Queens, and we have 4 rappers on my block alone who can out rap Justin.

I thought Alexis was amazing! I agree. She definitely should have been in the top three. I loved her stage presence, her voice, her acting, everything. I don't know why the judges didn't pick her, though. I hope it wasn't because she was too young or anything (because there is another finalist who is 16 or 17).

I dunno maybe they were focusing on diversity...but Alexis definitely got some major exposure and all I can say is she'd better be getting some phone calls!!

alexis is quite talented but being a singer myself, she did not have the best night she could have had. with more experience she will become better.

it was on at 8:00 est. check the other threads...something about it being rerun on bravo...your tv should be in time-out...turn it towards the wall for 15 minutes and don't let it play cartoons...

Well I'm in Canada. And my Guide says it's gonna air in Wednesday's time slot. I guess I will be a week behind.

I could not believe his pants fell down and I said well he won't win and he did! Ireally do not believe those judges are fair .Tonights show really proved it .Then Carnie said something to the fact her ASS was on fire .I think this was when Dion was dancing, I'm not sure !What class!

I think Alexis was really good..She had a good voice and she was a good dancer in the group...But While she may have looked good with all her lovely "stripper" moves..I think it sends a bad message to girls. She is 16...I think its sort of like the britney spears thing, shes so young and acting like that..Its going to make younger girls dress

Well for the *most* part I liked the choreography... I think it fit the song well... it is a pretty old song (like 50 years old?)

However, that choreography was waaay inappropriate for a 16 yo girl! If a 25 year old woman was doing it, I wouldn't have a problem with it (except maybe the bent-over spread-legged part, which was a little too much, lol).

I think younger girls pick up on what the stars are wearing or dancing like..and if a 16 year old in dancing like that...Then of course younger girls are going to do it, I don't think thats ok...What wasnt she wearing??Lol

the thing that i'm most afraid of is if that porno-chic act will cascade down to kiddie shows like AJr. it would definitely be a sad day for me.

alexis was great... shes so pretty and talented... may be it was alittle too sexy but she had the body for it and everyone loves britney and christina and they are 10000 worse so e veryone chyll go alexiss girl ur awesome!!

plus culd u imagine it was a 3000 lb 16 yr old now thats wen start writing posts about how it shouldn't hbave been done and u were disgusted lol haha
