Does Britian Control Austrailian and New Zealand Foreign Policy?

Do Britain and Austrailia share the same foreign policy seen as its a Dominion along with New Zealand?
does UK have the say on there foreign Policies?
or were they given independence?
i need some 1 to clarify it cos before the trailers on rented videos, just after the piracy security message it says:

"This does not apply for the dominions of Austrailia & New Zealand"
