| Posted by: mistershow | | I love to read and I love to watch movies, but I can't stand it when they turn books into movies. It is very few that actually are good adaptations. I dont know why they even bother anymore. What are your guy's thoughts on this. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: snackattack | | There are a couple that I like and few that I don't. I think The Divinci Code was a poor excuse for a movie. But I really liked Prozac Nation and Girl Interrupted. I'm in the middle of reading The Memory Keeper's Daughter and I saw that they are making THAT into a movie so I'm kind of excited about it. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: zero22forty | | I didn't think Divinci Code was all that great of a book either. I really tried to get into the Dan Brown books, but when they made the divinci code a movie and not Angels and Demons would should've come first chronologically (they did the same thing with the Lord of Rings books/movies..the Hobbit should've come first).
Clockwork Orange is possibly my favorite. | | Reply To this Message

Well you don't have too much time before the movie airs. Lifetime will be showing it this Sunday night at 9. You'll either have to make an exception, DVR it, or read more quickly. hahaha.

| Posted by: mistershow | | Crankasaur did you actually get to see this or did you think it was on Sunday? I know it was on a few times over the weekend so hopefully you got to catch it. Personally I didn't think it was bad, but yet I didn't read the book yet, so... | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: getupstandup | | Everytime I turned on the TV it seemed like this was on over the weekend. There was no escaping it. I'm glad I got to watch it. I thought it was really well done and inspiring. If there were more people like Caroline in the world. | | Reply To this Message
