	The environmental problem is more and more serious and heavily. How to resolve GHG emission and other related environmental problem is nut to all governments all over the world. I have google some methods about carbon trading, I got three kinds of methods :Carbon Tax/Cap-and-Auction/Dual Currency Model. How about? I wanta know any about them.
