morpheus question

I am running morpheus 5.5.0 on windows xp. When I click on the "shared" tab in morpheus, it is showing two files for each single file in the folder. It also shows twice the amount shared at the bottom of the screen. If I am correct with my theory and it is loading two copies of each, it is hogging memory because of that, and that is causing it to crash frequently. Is it normal for it to show double the amount of shared files?
