ok to those who have read the book. someone please explain to me how the elder wand ended up being dracos?? to my knowledege Draco has never killed anyone therefore could not have aquired the wand. | ||

Draco dissarmed Dumbledore before Snape killed him meaning that Dumbledore had been 'beaten' before Snape killed him. Even though the Elder Wand was left with Dumbledore Draco was it's rightful owner until Harry beat Draco and became the rightful owner of it. | ||
