John Mayer isn't nasty or dirty looking. What, because his hair is a little on the shaggy side? He's a really cool, and nice guy. And I like his music, a lot.

He's not dating Jessica Simpson. He needs a woman who actually has a brain.

I think Mayer is very talented. I think Jessica is not. Maybe John wants to roll with Jess to broaden his audience. Who knows?
