Marisa, 28, grew up in Long Island, New York and Wellington, Florida, where she currently resides. Her passion for politics and law led her to two coveted internships, first for a congressman while earning her undergraduate degree, and later as a law clerk for the Attorney General of Maryland in Annapolis while she attended law school.

Now Marisa works for one of the most prominent law firms in the country, where she specializes in securities fraud, consumer fraud and anti-trust litigation.

She currently litigates multi-million dollar class action lawsuits on behalf of shareholders and consumers damaged by corporate fraud.

In addition, Marisa plays a key role in the firm's investment outreach program, regularly meeting with public and private pension funds, retirement systems and other institutional investors to educate them about the firm's proprietary portfolio monitoring program.

Marisa attributes her success to her strong family foundation and enjoys volunteering for political campaigns and elections in her spare time.

She says, "I should be the next Apprentice because my legal and political background have enabled me to take on many challenges and achieve success, and these experiences will allow me to showcase my leadership ability in addition to my strong work ethic."

Totally annoying. If she would have just shut up and played her cards differently she could have stayed. Maybe. Either way she was like nails on a chalk board.

That one chick who was PM the first few weeks is getting a little smug. Kind of big for her britches. If I was on that team I'd be setting her up to get bounced.

Derek said that he talked to Marisa before the boardroom and told her to keep bringing up the chicken incident because it would help her. Then he went to Heidi and told Heidi what Marisa was going to do and because of that Marisa would hang herself. Derek said that no one cared for Marisa (which we already knew from Sunday night's show).

It worked.

How do I know this happened? All I can say is that I know someone in California that knows Derek. I don't know how far he made it though as he did not tell the person I know. Based on the fact that they had not seen Derek through the fall, the assumption is that Derek may have made it to the final 4 or 6.

Thats all I know. Derek isn't talking.

Oooooh..... how sneaky!

I dont know how good the inside scoop is though since he wont say how far he got. I look at Chucks picks this week on the game and he has Derek picked to be fired. If he does get fired this week, I know it will be shocking to the person who knows him. If he does get fired, there will be a few people wondering where he was during his time away. Of course, I guess it could be to throw people off?

Who knows....Im still going on what I think I know...so I picked Jen to be fired this week.

We'll see.
