I've just gotten the first and second seasons of this show, and thought I'd make a thread about it.

I actually have only seen the first 3 episodes and am not absolutely in love with it or anything, but it seems alright. It's like sex in the city with a bunch of dudes (guys-guys, at that) who are leeching off their mate's success. I read a lot of reviews that say it's smart, witty and stuff, but I don't see any of that just yet... it just seems to be a bunch of guys who are mates talking about the same junk my mates and I used to talk about. Except we didn't have the money or fame to back it up, I guess. Which I can imagine would just make folks mad at these fellows, rather than like them I don't know. I'll probably love it by the end of the first season. I usually do.

Anybody else catch this show anyway? It's on HBO.

I started getting it on netflix. I just finished the first season. I like it a lot. It cracks me up. You'd think, as a girl, I'd find some of the stuff on this show rude and/or disrespectful, but i think it's a riot. Sometimes these guys are total scuzzballs, but who DIDN'T think that some of these boytoy hollywood stars are that way? These guys just make it funny. I think it's fun to watch. And hey, it's great to see all the star cameos.

Yeah, there's a fair few cameos, which is cool. I think I only saw Jessica Alba, Lennox Lewis, Luke Wilson... Marky Mark without his funky bunch. A couple more that I probably didn't even notice... but I prefer to watch shows like Extras where the stars come in and act like complete wanks. It's more funny

The show's alright. I'm going through Grey's Anatomy Season 2 at the moment, and will jump back to this once I'm done with that.

Finished the first season and have started the second. It's actually pretty good. He's spending like crazy, though, and I'm worried the dude's going to go bankrupt eventually. Hope he gets some sweet movie deals soon.

I like the episode where he met with the director of the movie he wanted to do, and the guy wanted to change the script so it would have some fellow giving him head in one scene (for no particular reason). Absolute riot!

haha YES, and the director was just messing with him the whole time. Comedy.

i got the first disc of the 2nd season on friday, and it was back in the mail Saturday morning. i whipped through that sucker in one night. (it's only 5 episodes but STILL!). i HAVE to admit, the first season was a bit funnier, but I still like it. I can't wait to get the next disc.
I saw some of these episodes though because I remember the Aquaman parts...

Yeah, I just finished the episode where they find out that Leo is in Paris talking to Cameron about some fish movie... hope Vince gets a new movie soon, cause he seriously needs some dough.
