I got called in to work tonight on the 11:30pm to 8:00am shift because the girl who usually works this shift decided to go shopping in the States for bargains (but she called in "sick" for the record)

I thought it would be slow...but I'm dead tired because they called me at 8 am Saturday and I had rushed my errands, shopping and had to do laundry.

When I got to work I realized it's "time to put the clocks back 1 hour..." So I've worked 9 hours and I'm only getting paid for 8 hours. THAT SUX!

Daylight Savings Time...U SUCK!

ummm that's illegal...... if you work nine they have to pay you for nine.

anyone I love fall daylights savings. We close at 2am, and the bars all do last call at 1:30-1:45, and we are right downtown, so we always get a huge-ass drunk-rush right before we close, which is annoying as hell.

But the bars always stay open an extra hour on daylights saving night, so last call is an hour later.... AFTER WE'RE ALREAYD CLOSED

WOOHOO!!

When I started work, it was 11:30pm....at 2 am the clocks went back ONE hour...so it was 1 am (not 2 am like it should be without DST). Therefore, I'm working 1 hour more...aint I?

I'm really tired....

Seems like I've been up for days.

daylighr savings time rocks!!! that meant me adn dave got to arty an extra hour!!!! woo for beer!!!! i'm so drunk!!!!woohoo!!!

yeah..if you're out drinking it rox, but if you're the poor sucka called in to work....NOT!!!

Well at least it's only 3 more hours left to go.
