I always imagined Umbridge being short and fat (I believe that's how she was described). I think this look matches her character, however; it just isn't what was described.


And I don't care what anyone says, the kids still look the ages they're supposed to look in the movie.

She's supposed to look like a toad... and that ain't it, folks.

She doesn't look like a toad in the movie. She should and stay true to the book.

I think Umbridge looking like a toad or not is something I can overlook. Not a big deal to me, since she does look like a royal ***** anyway.
