Raiders of the Lost Ark. It was the first, and best. It was just a sweet flick, about this guy, who was like a nobody in real life... yet, had this "Secret identity" and did some b!tchin things on his adventures.

I picked Last Crusade. I liked the bickering between Indiana and his dad.

Temple of Doom is my least favorite. The freaky priest scared me, and that kid, well I wanted to slap him. He was annoying.

I picked the last crusade because I like Sean Connery in this film. It is one of the few that I have seen where he isn't the big hero. Plus he was great with Harrison Ford.

Damn this is a tough one to answer. They are all good and i like them pretty equal. But i went with last crusade, just liked the story best.
I didn't like the 2nd one as much as 1 and 3

i liked the kid though - Sounds like chinese fortune cookie
steps on many bugs.

You can't go wrong with any of them. They are all great. While I like Crusade a lot, I still go with Raiders. The first ten minutes or so are classic. Nazi's faces melting off? Excellent. The whole movie was nails.

You talking about Short Round? He's the best! Not to mention he's the kid from The Goonies. "You call him Dr. Jones, doll!"

Raiders was the best with the last crusade a clsoe second IMO. Wasn't there talk of a fourth film being made?

Raiders was more serious, with minor moments of non forced comic relief.

The other two had too many "3 stooges" moments, meant to make you laugh. This took me out of the story, and made it almost cartoonish. Some of this had to do with the music.

I dunno, Raiders is a perfect movie to me, the other two didn't hold up to that. I would buy it on DVD, but they make you buy it in a box package, which is RUDE in my opinion.

I think it's on again and in pre production. But Harrison Ford is so old now, the movie would have to be in about 1970 to make sense.

I wonder how they could get past old Harrison. So wouldn't the next movie have to be set in the 60's? or maybe they could claim that when the Ark was opened it aged him? A curse? Hmmmm

It did, but if you remember there was the whole -
DON'T PASS THE SEAL! thing.
Remember the women went past the seal causing the entire place to crumble. passing the seal removed the effect of the grail from him and his father.

so, they could go on him drinking the grail, getting young and then the seal cursing him to old age lol

Why is it that I am the only one here on Inreview who always votes for the one that everyone else doesn't like? Conspiricy? I think so...

Anyway...Temple of Doom was my fave but I liked all of them. I loved the kid.

I don't know... There's nothing wrong with Temple of Doom. It's pretty cool in it's own way.

It's actually the first Indy movie I watched, and I thought it was awesome as a kid.

They are all dope, but Temple Of Doom was my least favorite. It seemed off in a way. Last Crusade was kind of limp, but Sean Connery rules.

I tend to agree with you on that, H11. They both had some great moments. In Raiders where Indiana just shoots that big guy with the sword. I read that Spielberg had a whole big fight scene with that guy, but since it was so hot on location, he asked Ford how long he wanted to stay out there. Ford wanted to get it over with so the scene was changed to that. Excellence.

In Crusade where he throughs that Nazi dude off the blimp and goes, "no ticket" was comedy. The revolving chairs in the fireplace was funny too.
