What is the "secret" to team Air Force?

These three are a team above the rest, for the most part. This doesn't mean that they are going to win... but, when all the teams decided to team up against them, team Air Force still stayed strong, and didn't get bumped from the game.

So, what is it, in your opinion, that is their strongest asset?
