So yesterday my mom and I were watching Oprah. Now, I don't know how old this was... but, I think that it was earlier this year.

Anywhoooo.... Jon sat with Oprah for the full hour, and talked about what's going on in his life, and with his band. He does a lot of community service work, which is awesome. But what blew me away, and brought tears to my eyes was that he, and the band, gave a check, to Oprah, for the "Angel Foundation" and the check is the BIGGEST she's ever received.... ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

Jon talked about giving back in life, and that that is what it's all about.


I've been a fan of Bon Jovi since they first put out an album. But, this really made me love them for their hearts, and the gifts that they gave.

That's really awesome. i wish I saw that. is this available online anywhere that you know of? I'm a big fan of him and his music too, and he just rocks!! One song that I recently discovered he did was "I'll Be There For You." I first heard this song 10 years ago, but had no idea who did it because it was on my friend's tape unlabeled. But it'll always remind me of when I first heard it because it's such a good rock ballad. What do you think of this tune?

But, I would take Angelina over him ANY day.

I like Jon Bon Jovi too. But not like that. People don't like Bon Jovi because they became popular, but the truth is their music is awesome. Plus Jon Bon Jovi was really cool in Ally McBeal.

I do like one, maybe two Bon Jovi songs. He kind of looks like a dork. It's the whole rocker mystique. Look at dude from Black Crowes married to Kate Hudson. She's a freakin' goddess and he looks like a creepy homeless guy.

Yes but Jon's not a creepy homeless guy. I'm sure he has like 80 ppl on the payroll just for his hair. He ALWAYS looks good these days. And he's been with the same girl since high school (girls: awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww).

I think they have awesome songs. And their concerts are so much fun.

I think that he's a really great guy... and I've always loved that he married his high school sweetheart, Dorthea. It's a sweet romance.
