How long are you willing to wait on hold?

Tell us your thoughts on how long you will wait when put on hold.

Depending what it's for... up to five minutes. That's it. Otherwise, I'm hanging up.

Five minutes is a long time to wait around for someone to talk to you. If someone doesn't get back to me in that time, I hang up. Unless it's really really important.

I also voted for 5 minutes. I only hold longer if it is a Dr.'s office.

If it's with a credit card company or something like that, just a few minutes. If it's a friend, about a minute, if that.

anywhere between 2 to 5 min. If it's a business I wait 5 usually. If it's someone i know, i just wait for them to call back.

I'm willing to wait 10 before I start calling thier mothers a bunch of foul names.

my limit is 2 minutes. if its important they can just call bk

Two minutes, they play rubbish music overwise i wouldnt mind
