I'm not giving Kellie anything, but a shake of my head. She isn't good enough!

But, if there is a shock, I think that it will be because someone OTHER than her is leaving tonight. And if those dialidol numbers are right, like they have pretty much been... it will be Paris.

From that website. I believe that they have all the numbers, being dialed, and it's based on how easily they can get through to them.

They have been pretty consistant lately.

That is right Kris. They have a dialing program that people can use to vote. Their numbers go on % of busy signals. There was only 1 week that they have been wrong.

Nigel says in his interview^^^^ that tonight is going to be something totally new. Instead of two groups of 3, He is splitting them up into top 2, middle 2, and bottom 2.

He said for the first time we will actually get to know who the ACTUAL top 2 vote getters are! It's good, go listen. He also said it's the third highest vote casting night in all 5 seasons

What I found interesting was that he said that Taylor was going to sing "Try a little tenderness", but they told him it did not fit the theme. He "had to change his song at the beginning of the week" They didn't think that they could see Andrea singing it.

Ok, who got the axe tonight?

It's just starting on the east coast. We will have results within the next 20 or so minutes.

So far Simon and Randy appologized to Kat for their statements last night. ZERO mention of AI pulling Taylor's song again at the last minute. rat bastards.

Simon apologized to Katharine for being hard on her last night. Randy also apologized and Ryan said Fox was flooded with complaints about the judges harsh comments about Katherine.

so she gets an appology and this is the second time that just two days before a performance they yank Taylor's song, don't tell the public except on a radio blurb, yet he gets nothing.

Thank you, America.... for showing the top talent: Chris and Katharine, and getting rid of the worst.

Now I don't for one instant believe that Kat was number two. I think it was Chris, then Taylor, but the grouping put Kat there.

Vote for the worst will pick a new person to back. Since they say that the rest are all good, they are looking for the one that will piss of the producers the most. Right now it appears that Taylor will get it.

Taylor wasn't good last night. It should have been a song he would do really well with, but it just wasn't that good. I'm thinking Paris is next because she's good, and people know it already. They don't really see a reason to vote for her, unlike someone like Katharine. I actually wanted Elliott to go far in this competition and it looks like he might make it to the top 4, however, we'll see if my top 4 pick remains intact, that will require people to abandon one of my favorites, Elliott, but we'll see.

Ahhhhhhhhhh... it's so strange, watching this tonight, when I already know what's going to happen, and I'm all excited, instead of sad, angry, or scared!!! I'm sorry to anyone who REALLY likes Kellie. I did like her, when she auditioned... and I thought that she would go all the way. But, I would have liked her to sing like she did then. Sorry, but she didn't.

Okay, they just had Chris and Katharine go and sit... and as Ryan told them that they were the top two, the camera went onto Elliott and Taylor. Did you see Taylor's face? I don't know if it was a look of shock that he wasn't in the TOP two, or if Paris and Kellie were the bottom two group. It was just something that I noticed.

When they announced that Kellie was the one leaving, she seemed to take it well...

Okay... we didn't get to hear the theme for next week... nor did we have to endure her singing Unchained Melody again tonight.

Sherry... is the theme that you heard about, confirmed? I hope so.

Sorry to boast, but if you reread my "member's recap", you will note that I ranked the contestants as follows:

2. Katharine
3. Elliott
4. Taylor
5. Paris
6. Kellie

That's exactly how it turned out!

You may also recall that I complained that the judges did not give Katharine her due and that I thought she sang extremely well last night. Well, you all know what happened on that count by now.

Sorry, Fuscia, I don't believe Taylor is going to win it. It's between Katharine & Chris, both very talented singers. I truly believe Katharine is the best singer of the lot, but I'm not real sure whether she will win it or not. I think the last few weeks performances will tell the tale on that.

I would totally expect the SP to back Elliott, since he's got a voice that would be more of a liking, than any other, if something were to happen to Taylor.
