Notes: I think that it is possible that any of these can be switched aroud. I think that it is definitely possible that Elliot won't make it much farther cuz a lot of people don't think he has 'the look' and that they will get annoyed with Paris's stuck-up attitude. Kelli, Lisa, Mandisa, and Katharine can sing just as well if not better and they don't have the 'I-am-so-good-I-should-show-off-as-much-as-possible' attitude. Simon is totally right you have to have the likeability and the voice. Kelli Pickler and Chris got both along with the others up above. Kelli's dumb blonde thing can get a little annoying but she means well and America knows that. It is not too noticeable but she has a smidge of it. Chris and Kelli both deserve it, Paris can get into the business through her family's contacts if she really wanted to. I love her voice but I think the underdogs need a shot. The ones who don't have rich parents, have enough money for singing lessons, or don't have the contacts. Basically the ones who learned to sing in their showers or in front of the mirror with a hair brush or a bottle of hairspray. As long as they got the voices to back it up and Mandisa, Kelli, Chris, and Katharine definitely do.

I found Paris's showing off and singing after the song to be highly annoying. I did not like her attitude.

I want to go with Bucky here becuse he is appealing to the Bruce Springstein, George Thorogood type of crowd. I also like Pickler here too but I don't think she is quite strong enough yet. She can't get through all the way with the cute bubbly personality. Nothing against Chris or Elliott I just don't think America will go with them. As for Mandisa, she is very good but are we ready to go big again (Ruben). Ace isn't good enough, Kevin's getting too big of a head thinking that he is Americas Sex Symbol, Paris is getting way too cocky she's good and could go in this slot but mainly because the judges are pushing her like Fantaisa.

So I have either Bucky or Paris. Bucky if he continues with his style, Paris if America listens to the Judges.

Doesn't matter who the other 3 are.

Taylor, the ballarina girl, will win hands down.

Why wouldn't a man touted by Simon as "your friend's Dad at the BBQ who everyone thinks is cool AND really is cool" not win.....??

and I am wondering why a young person would have both a crush on and think your dad is cool.

Creepy in my opinion...but that is where this country is headed.

Paris because she is the darling of the judges BUT, tonight my wife and I detected that their high opinions of her are starting to sound Blaze' They are still boasting but it doesn't sound sincere.

Man, for the most part... we're all going with the same final four (in different orders). I don't have a set order... but, I have my final four.

After tonight you might sing a different tune. Man the ones that were horrible were pretty good and the ones that were good were horrible.

I was thinking that mabye Paris's family did not have the contacts too.

IF Paris goes home next week, I will have the top 4 correct. Don't know what order they will be in. But, I wouldn't mind seeing Paris go on more... though, it's between her, and Taylor, who could leave next, in my opinion. I like Taylor, and Paris... but, I love Chris, Katharine, and Elliott.

Boy I was way off, but I base mine on the talent of each contestant. Not who the girls think are cute or who the judges and Hollywood puts the plug ins for.

I didn't base mine off of anything other than who I thought had the talent to carry it through to the end.

The talent? Well, that's where the rub is. Unfortunately, talent will only get you so far. Then the cruel reality of showbiz kicks you in the junk and sends you packing. Talent doesn't sell CD's or concert tickets. Talent is the easy part, at least as it pertains to American Idol.

Well, the four, that I believe had the most talent, did make it to the top four.

Looking at that list, everyone picked Katherine and Taylor in the final four. Interesting...

What talent has any AI contestant had ever of any season?

Crazie... YOU don't think that he has a good voice. Others do. I think that Chris has the best voice... yet, many disagree. It's all a matter of what you like.

Many people have music in their background...one doesnt have to have a degree in music to see that Taylor isnt the best singer in the world.

He's okay...but he's not great...he's ordinary.....he truly is someone that could be found in a bar down the street.

My mother majored in music and she doesnt think Taylor should win. So what does that mean?

How about some like him and others dont.

Personally, and IMO, he is the ultimate wedding singer...a guy, who can sing a song pretty good once in awhile, but then the other times, he is just...ordinary.

Taylor is not just a singer, he's entertaining. Think back at Elvis and why was he so popular.

Taylor is no Elvis. But, he does get attention, for being entertaining. He has a dance that is, ummmmmmm, strange. He's got something about him. No, he is far from the BEST singer. But, he's still good. Would I prefer someone else? Sure. Like I said before. If Kat can put out a good album (which I think she will away from the spotlight, the cameras, etc...) her voice will be spot on. She will have an album better than Taylor. But, who is more interesting to watch perform? Taylor. If Kat would just learn about facial expression, it would have made a HUGE difference for me. I would have loved a Chris/Kat finale.

For the purpose of this competition, I think Taylor is the best 'singer' and in that same regard Katherine doesn't suck, she's just of a different mold. Style may or may not send Taylor over the top. The marginal vocal efforts of the two nonwithstanding, the look and style of the individual will come into play. While I don't think Taylor could wash Elvis' boots after he walked through his own bloated droppings, he does put on a show and makes it entertaining on a different level. If Katherine would have broken out of her shell a few weeks ago then she might be in a better position now.

Regardless of the outcome, I think that because of this show Katherine has a world of opportunity, be that as it may. Taylor does as well, but he is/was grasping at his last few straws of stardom and blew up before his flame went out.
