Bee Gee brothers reunite on stage

Barry and Robin Gibb have reunited on stage for their first performance since the death of brother Maurice three years ago.
The two surviving members of the Bee Gees played a concert in Miami to raise money for a diabetes charity.

The brothers performed hits from their 35-year career, including Stayin' Alive, Massachusetts and How Deep is Your Love.

Maurice died in 2003 aged 53 after surgery for an intestinal blockage.

He suffered a cardiac arrest before the surgery and later died in a Miami hospital's intensive care unit.

The surviving brothers gave the private concert on Saturday night at the Diplomat Hotel to raise money for the Diabetes Research Institute at an annual benefit for the organisation.

The Bee Gees were one of the biggest disco acts of the 1970s.

They have sold more than 110 million records - placing them fifth in pop history behind Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney.

Okay, this news is a tad old but better late than never.
