Who is your favorite Lost character of season 1?

Are we not including second season additions? After all, we ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL know who Dave's favorite is!! (And Sandy June is running right behind her with a frying pan!)

My favorite is Locke. Hard to explain why. I seem to relate to him the best. He's the most logical, cutting through crap very quickly. Yet he's spiritual at the same time.

I have to say, Sayid.... his back story thoroughly intrigued me, and yet, I'm sure that there is more to it. Can't say any more than that, without going into season two.

I am completely *lost* on this one.

I chose locke, as he has come from the wheel chair to this great adventurer guy ... also a link to the island being a mid way point from earth and death ... him being able to walk again just proves that soming is going of that is a bit untoward

I'm actually gonna say Sun. She seems to be a very strong, non-biased person. Normally i would have said jack but he's getting on my nerves. So is Kate. Sayid is my second.

I think that Jack gets on a lot of people's nerves, because he was thrust into the leadership role, and that makes him be a certain way, if that makes sense.

I would say none, I've never seen the show.

Well, you should get the first season, and check it out. It's really an awesome show, that keeps you coming back, again and again.

Dang it! I only skimmed the title and thought this was the LEAST favorite character poll and voted Jack. Season one favorite for me is DEFINATELY Charlie.

There is an older poll we did while in season one, in the Lost forum, and Locke did well in it as well.


Season one and season two, he is my favorite.



And Libby was in season one, we just didn't know it yet.

My man Locke did poorly in the season one poll, getting only one vote, from me.

But in the season two poll, he did very well, so that's what I was thinking of.


I know a lot of people have expressed irratation with him this season and the first one, including Sandy June, but I dig his character.

And I like his backstory flashbacks.

I made that name up because ... I like that name and it wasn't on a list!!!

I voted for Kate, not sure why but I like her. I think all the characters a perfect for the show and all add value to the show.

Oh you need one other character "The Island". According to the season one interviews on the DVD set, "The Island" is a character too.

Yes technically the island is alive ... although they refer to it at the "others" quite a bit till the end
