Is it okay to date your brother's half brother

Is is alright for someone to date their brother's half brother?
the person's brother and half brother have the same mother.
the person and brother have the same father? Would it be acceptable for them to marry and produce children?

So... wouldn't it be a person's half-brother's half-brother?

I think as long as the person wasn't adopted by the half-brother's half brother's father, it's legally okay.

Though its not really morally wrong, it'd be a tad weird for the brother in the middle, I'm sure.

I couldn't do it... but, hey... to each their own.
