The Spec op's training is not a big thing the UK and France have been training African special forces ( I use the term special forces loosely here) for many years the French where doing it before the Yanks ever thought of the idea.

I do not know what facilities we are talking here I mean it's vague is it training facilities, or bases and is is it purely for US forces or purely for African forces or a combination of the two.

As for being involved directly agian to vauge is that the Spec op's training or medics or are they tryiing to keep the peace, deal with refugees or stop the disgraceful number of boy soldiers that African's have in thier ranks.

The thing to remeber is that the US is in Africa doing that stuff but for mainly historical reasons the French and the British are doing p[retty much all the above as well in Africa ( except for Zimbabwe, Mugabe can go f**k himself for all I care). What I am saying is that the US may or may not be doing good things like us in Africa or they may not unfortuantly like I said the article is way to vague to give us a proper answer.
