According to Brookings study, " US Foreign Assistance to Africa: Claims and Reality", President Bush has been "significantly exaggerating" the amount of money his administratiion has provided sub-Saharan Afrrica .

Aid to Africa under Bush " has not 'tripled' or even doubled."

His Millennium Challenge Account(MCA) Scam "exist in name only". Bush has to come out his bubble.
